We are honored to have been able to perform for the Jumpstart for a Day event in Sun Valley on April 28th! Thanks for having us! Thanks for kiaing and drumming with us in the heat! We had a lot of fun, and we hope you all did, too!

Jishin performed at CSUN's 15th annual Carnaval on April 12th! It was early in the morning, but thanks to the audience, the performance was a blast! We also had a short story presentation and held a small workshop. Thanks for the kiai! EY-YA-SA!

We performed for the crowd over at the Queer People of Color Conference which took place at CSUN's Northridge Center on March 31st. There was great energy in the room, and we had fun performing! Thanks for having us!

The performance at the Our Lady of Peace Church last Sunday was awesome! Thanks for all of the cheering!

Jishin was invited to perform at the new DAISO Torrance store on Saturday, March 10th, 2012. The crowd was awesome, and we had a great time! Thanks for having us!

On the night of February 24th, 2012, Jishin performed at the Mark Keppel High School Alumni Concert. Two of our current members, Risa Isogawa and Robert Jong, are alumni of Mark Keppel High School. We were honored to be invited to perform at this event!

On Friday, December 9th, we were invited to perform at CSUN's International Exchange Program's End of the Semester Event. We've been performing at this event for nearly 7 years, and we've really enjoyed every time we have! Thanks for the long-time support! We really enjoyed the energy that was there!

Last Saturday, we had a great time performing at Sigma Alpha Epsilon's Casino Night as a part of their Variety Show. We performed on the CSUN campus in the Grand Salon during the event. Thanks for having us, Steven!

Yesterday, we had our first ever joint practice with the Valley Charter School's taiko players. Thanks for having us! We had a great time! We hope to play taiko with you guys again.

On August 14th 2011, Jishin Taiko performed at Evergreen Baptist Church of Los Angeles.

The pieces performed were Korekara, Matsuri, and Suzume.

After the performance, people from the audience were given a chance to hit the drums. Members of Jishin Taiko aided the volunteers through basic rhythms and kuchi shōga exercises.

The Lighthouse Foundation asked us to perform for their benefit concert to raise funds for Japan.
